Shipping policy

Free shipping to Spain, Europe, the United States and Latin America

All orders include free, insured shipping. We ship to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), all European Union countries, the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Chile.

Delivery times

• Order processing: 2 to 4 business days.
• Delivery: 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas.

Customs
Shipments within the European Union have no customs charges. For shipments to the United States, Mexico, Colombia and Chile, the destination country's customs may apply import taxes.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you always know where it is.

Issues
If your order doesn't arrive within the stated time, or arrives damaged, email us at soporte.ralemor@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
